This idea was presented earlier today on "X," and the positive hammer close on the daily chart indicates a favorable outlook, suggesting that the recent pull-back has stabilized. The targeted overhead supply range is situated between $250 and $264, representing an approximate 17% - 23% increase from today's closing value. To manage this move prudently, we intend to approach it in incremental stages. The initial resistance lies around $225/$226, corresponding to the significant downtrend line spanning nearly two years. Notably, the most recent breach of this trendline occurred during the end-of-year low-volume period and was promptly rejected. With the conclusion of the holiday season, there is a favorable opportunity to initiate positive momentum. A decisive breakthrough of this trendline is anticipated to stimulate short covering, paving the way for an ascent towards $250 and beyond.
